Information retention
We retain all of the information that we collect data is kept for the duration of the subscription. upon termination, customers have 30 days to export data before it is removed from live systems; backups are purged within 90 days..

We will respond to most consumer requests within 30 days of receipt. However, some requests may take longer. We will notify you in writing if we need more time to respond. Notice to employees and authorized users of our business customers
If you use the Application through an account provided by your employer or another organization, that organization controls its workspace and determines how the Application is configured. Depending on your organization's configuration: (a) email communications you exchange with external parties through connected accounts are processed and made visible within your organization's shared workspace to provide a unified view of customer interactions; (b) your organization's managers or administrators may access activity information, and such access is logged; and (c) internal communications between colleagues within your organization are not accessed or analyzed by the Application. Your organization is responsible for providing you with any legally required notices and for obtaining any legally required consents regarding this processing. If you wish to exercise privacy rights with respect to data processed in your organization's workspace, please direct your request to your organization, and we will support your organization in responding. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of your organization.

Do Not Track
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a preference you can set on your browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. We do not support DNT. You can either enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your browser.
Third-Party Subprocessors
We use a limited number of third-party service providers (sub-processors) to operate the Application. Our current sub-processors are: Supabase (database and search index hosting); Neo4j (knowledge graph database); Amazon Web Services, including AWS Bedrock (cloud infrastructure and AI model hosting); Anthropic (AI model provider, accessed through AWS Bedrock); Railway (backend hosting); and Vercel (frontend hosting). We contractually require each sub-processor to protect personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy, to refrain from using Customer Data to train artificial intelligence models, and to refrain from retaining Customer Data beyond the period necessary to provide services to us. We will update this list when we add or replace sub-processors, and business customers may subscribe to sub-processor change notifications as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated Privacy Policy to this application.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to analyze the content of email communications between our business customers and their external contacts, and to generate summaries, insights, relationship intelligence, and knowledge graph entries. AI processing occurs through Anthropic's Claude models hosted on AWS Bedrock within the data residency region applicable to the customer's account. We do not use your personal information or Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any generalized artificial intelligence model, and we contractually prohibit our AI infrastructure providers from doing so. AI-generated outputs may include inferences about individuals and business relationships; these outputs are probabilistic, may contain inaccuracies, and are provided for our customers' internal informational purposes. We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Where applicable law grants you rights regarding profiling or automated decision-making, you may exercise them as described in the "Your rights" section.
International Data Residency and Collection
Data residency follows the customer's location: personal information of customers located in Korea is stored and processed in Korea, and personal information of customers located in the United States is stored and processed in the United States. AI model processing occurs in-region. Search indexing (embeddings) is performed by default using in-region services; if a customer elects to use United States-based embedding services for a Korean workspace, we obtain the consents required under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA) before any cross-border transfer occurs. Where personal information originating from other jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, is transferred internationally in the course of providing the Application, we implement appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
Additional Information For Korean Users
For users in the Republic of Korea, the following supplements this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act: (a) we have designated a privacy officer responsible for personal information protection, reachable at [email protected]; (b) we aim to respond to privacy requests from Korean users within ten (10) days; (c) the categories of information we process, the purposes of processing, retention periods, and the third parties to whom information is entrusted are described in the sections above; (d) we do not transfer Korean users' personal information outside of Korea except as described in the "Data residency and international transfers" section, and any such transfer is made only with the consents required by PIPA, which will identify the recipient, the destination country, the items transferred, and the purpose and retention period; and (e) Korean users may refuse consent to optional processing, and we will inform you of any service limitations that result.
